A quick post today. I wanted to share this infographic from Happify. It illustrates the science behind a happy relationship. I find it appropriate with Valentie's day coming up and coming off the heels of the post about being happily, not effortlessly, married. Head on over and check it out and post a comment with what struck you most. For me, it was the section on how kids impact your happiness. Not that statistics or studies can tell you everything, but I think it's a big focus for us to find joy in change. And also know that during preschool years are when marriage might be rough. We can better prepare against it.
