Helena hails from Iceland, making her our first international sponsor. Well, she now lives in America, but we're still counting it. As a side note, Kelsey and I visited Iceland while in college, so we think it's awesome that we have the opportunity to share Viking Vitality with all of you. Here are some more words from Helena:
